Bedrock Beef and Reef is a high quality wholesale meat business located at 70 Chetwynd St Loganholme QLD. Bedrock is a wholly Australian Family Owned and run business.
Bedrock utilises a team of butchers with the latest equipment and modern facilities. We have a new fleet of refrigerated vehicles for prompt delivery of your order, on time and in the best possible condition.
The ability to consistently supply products such as Dry Aged, MSA and Premium Graded Beef has contributed to the reputation that Bedrock Meat now enjoys in Brisbane. Bedrock provides a comprehensive range of all meat products, specialising in the high-end premium grade Wagyu (5 star restaurant quality) through to the middle to low range budget meats.
Bedrock is also a Primo and Luv A Duck distributor as well as a large processor of chicken, lamb, pork and veal. We can also provide unusual meats (Roo, Croc, Game etc) and specialist Organic, Halal and HGP ranges upon request.
Many hotels, resorts, restaurants, local butchers and delicatessens, have selected Bedrock as the wholesale supplier of choice and our wholesale facility has undergone a major re-vamp which will allow us to achieve Australian Quarantine certification (AQIS).
Our focus is on supplying a high quality consistent product that always meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.
Certification
The Bedrock facility operates to the highest standard of certification with a Codex compliant Food Safety Plan that is audited by Food Safe Queensland. In addition, we have taken our Food Safety seriously by achieving HACCP Certification.

• Licensed wholesaler of MSA Tenderness Guaranteed beef through the Meat Standards Australia certification system.
• Licensed retailer of CAAB,
• Licensed retailer of Luv A Duck, and
• Primo Smallgoods.
