Delivery FAQ
Bedrock delivers throughout the Brisbane CBD twice daily and once daily to the surrounding suburbs. Most orders are processed between 1.00am and 8.00am with delivery occurring in the early part of the day, it is for this reason, that your order should be placed on-line or by phoning 1300 88 MEAT (24hrs a day) with at least 4hrs notice.
Stock availability and complexity of the order may affect delivery times; however, you will be advised if delays are expected.
When placing your order, you will have the option of selecting the packaging method and the use of Styrofoam Boxes with Refrigerated Gel Packs to keep your meat as fresh as when it was cut and at the correct temperature for a reasonable time.
The number of Gel Packs can be increased depending on the expected time the meat will be out of refrigeration so please be specific with your delivery instructions and how long you expect the meat will be away from refrigeration so we can adjust the Gel Packs accordingly.
- No delivery is available for orders under $200
- Orders over $200 may be delivered for a cost of $10.00
- Deliveries outside a 20km radius from our factory at Loganholme, will incur an additional charge of $10.00
